The additional information after installing the module
After installing the module, the interface will have some additional information:
- The overtime recognition mode Attendance at Overtime > Configuration > Settings > Overtime Recognition Mode.
- Add the Match Attendance button and Matched Attendance field which allows to match data and display the matched hours between actual timesheet and plan on the Overtime Plan interface.
Usage
1. Create and approve Overtime Approval Requests.
2. Manage attendance data.
3. Match the overtime plan and the actual data.
Go to Overtime > Overtime Plan, choose an employee's overtime plan, and click on Match Attendance, then the system will show you some information about the planned hours, the actual overtime hours and the matched attendance.
