b.Go to "My Account" and click on "Register My Order".
c.Enter your Sale Order Number and save the details.
d.After successful registration, navigate to the "Helpdesk" menu and create a new support ticket.
Our support team will review your request and get back to you accordingly.
Does purchasing the app from the Odoo App Store include all features?
No. The app available on the Odoo App Store is a base application that enables access to our Amazon Odoo Connector IAP service. Purchasing and installing the base app alone does not grant access to connector features.
Is there a recurring fee after purchasing the app?
Yes. This connector is available as an In-App Purchase (IAP) module. After the complimentary IAP period expires, continued usage of the connector requires purchasing recurring IAP packs, which are available on a monthly or annual basis.
Is the app compatible with both Odoo Enterprise and Community editions?
Yes. The app is compatible with Odoo Enterprise (On-Premise and Odoo.sh) as well as Odoo Community. However, Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow third-party app installations, so the connector cannot be used on Odoo Online.

Are upgrades and support included with the purchase?
Each Odoo version of the connector is treated as a separate product version. Connectors are not automatically upgraded to newer Odoo versions, and a version-specific connector must be purchased separately.

Yes, the Amazon Odoo Connector supports integration with multiple vendor accounts.
Which Amazon marketplaces are supported?
The connector supports the following Amazon marketplaces : US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Egypt, Netherlands, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Singapore, Australia, Mexico, Japan, UAE, Turkey, and Brazil.
Are additional server libraries required to use the connector?
No additional libraries are required beyond the standard dependency module (common connector library).
Does the connector support Pan-European (PAN-EU) FBA?
Yes, Pan-European FBA is supported.
