Yes, the app works perfectly well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) as well as Community. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

The eBay Odoo Connector lets you connect as many eBay stores as you want with a single Odoo Instance.
Yes, you can export listing from Odoo to eBay as well as Import Products from eBay to Odoo. If the products are already present on Odoo as well as eBay, you can establish a synchronization between them using the connector.
The connector synchronizes products by matching the Internal Reference field in Odoo with the SKU field in eBay. It is mandatory to have a unique SKU or Internal Reference for a product.
The connector allows you to update price from Odoo to eBay via a pricelist. You can set up a pricelist per eBay instance in Odoo and update the price to eBay via the pricelist. You also import the prices from eBay to Odoo, however, the prices will get imported to the pricelist and not directly to the product.
The connector allows you to update stock from Odoo to eBay either manually or automatically via a cron job. Stock levels get automatically adjusted in Odoo based on the imported orders. You can also import stock levels from eBay to Odoo. The imported stock values will create an inventory adjustment entry in Odoo which upon validating will affect the actual stock levels. In the connector settings, you can choose one warehouse per eBay Instance from which the stock is to be managed.
Any order on eBay can be imported to Odoo if the connector has been configured correctly. We are importing completed status order from eBay to odoo as soon as orders are shipped of last 90 days.

The connector is not usable in its current state despite extensive testing and support involvement.
Although the support team has been polite, the connector itself is not functioning as advertised and appears to be largely abandoned. I have spent countless hours attempting to implement it properly, following every video, every guide, every instruction, only to be repeatedly encounter bugs, and broken functionality, that make the module unusable in any real operational environment. In several cases, instead of resolving core issues, support even suggested paid custom implementations for problems that should not exist in the first place. This has made the experience both frustrating and time consuming, with no meaningful progress toward a usable solution. Multiple core features are simply not reliable for functional including: Syncing inventory and products (eBay listings with variations do not sync correctly (eg. incorrect quantities to Odoo) and often fail inventory export from Odoo to eBay silently) Importing orders from older listings (no workaround exists for missing SKUs despite the UI claiming the potential for otherwise) Scalable API usage (the connector still relies on outdated auth'n'auth, and I constantly hit rate limit issues with under 100 products) There are other issues here and there too, and I'm sure there are plenty that I'm yet to discover. Even after creating detailed support tickets and providing videos demonstrating the issues, nothing has been resolved. In several cases, support has prematurely closed my tickets without resolution, telling me to open new ones. One ticket was even closed solely because a repeated test produced a different error from the same process, despite the underlying issue remaining totally unresolved, which in my opinion, is not a valid basis for a ticket closure! When I do open new tickets, the support portal doesn't even support the latest Odoo version, I'm forced to select an outdated version on the ticket, and then need to explicitly specify that I'm actually running the most recent Odoo release. This along highlights how out of date the connector is. The documentation and Ui instructions also contradict the actual behavior of the module. Features described in the interface simply do not work as stated and the documentation has clearly not been updated in a long time. I have double checked my configuration numerous times, and everything is set up exactly as instructed. These issues clearly come from the conenctor itself, not user error. This is a paid module, not a free community addon, and at this price point, I expected a functional, maintained, and professional supported product. Whilst I'm not concerned about the pricepoint, I've wasted an enormous amount of time trying to work around problems that should not exist in any software thats production ready, ever. It would have been faster to build something from the ground up myself, but I thought I'd be able to save a bit of time purchasing an existing product. I was wrong.
