Manage Mobile Parts Inventory Odoo Apps

Manage Mobile Service Odoo App streamlines the daily operations of a mobile shop by configuring access rights for both Managers and Technicians. Managers can create mobile service requests and assign them to Technicians. Upon completion of the service, managers can generate an invoice based on either advance payment or the full amount. This odoo app also facilitates the printing of service tickets directly from the mobile service request. Additionally, users can analyze mobile service data in both pivot and graph views. These reporting features allow for the generation of detailed reports, including Mobile Services Request, Parts Usages, and Complaint Types, in PDF and Excel formats.

Access Rights Configuration

You have to select "Manager" or "Technician" for mobile services.

Manage Mobile Brand

Goto Mobile Service -> Configuration -> Brand, Manager can create multiple mobile brand.


Manage Mobile Models

Manager can create multiple mobile model.


Manage Complaint Types

Manager can create multiple complaint type.


Manage Complaint Templates

Manager can create multiple complaint template.


Manage Terms and Conditions

Manager can create multiple terms and conditions for mobile service.


Manage Parts Inventory


On Parts inventory form, When you enable "Is part inventory" checkbox, It will be show under parts inventory.


Create Mobile Service Request

Manager can create mobile service request in that enter details about mobile service like In warranty or Repair, Customer Name, Contact Number, Email, Mobile Brand, Requested Date, Return Date, IMEI Number, Warranty Number and other related information for mobile service request.

Manager can click on 'ASSIGN TO TECHNICIAN' button to assign service request to the technician.


Assign To Technician

Manager can select technician and click on 'ASSIGN TO TECHNICIAN' button.


Access Rights Configuration

You have given access rights for "Technician" in mobile services.

Manage Mobile Service Request

Technician can view assigned service request with all the details and click on 'COMPLETED' button, Once it's completed.



Create Invoice for Service Request

Once technician completed the service, Manager can create an invoice for that service where parts and service hours are calculated for invoice.


Manager can create an invoice based on advance or full amount.


Created Invoice for Service Request

User can view parts used during the service process will be automatically added to the invoice line.


Return to Customer in Service Request

Once service is completed, Manager can click on 'RETURN TO CUSTOMER' button.


Print Ticket for Service Request

Manager can print ticket for service request by clicking on 'Print Ticket' button.

This Odoo app can not be used with Odoo Online (SaaS).

Yes, Starting version 13.0, Every version of the module is sold separately.

How can I install the module I bought ?

You need to copy paste the module that is inside the zip file to your addons folder. If you are installing the module into an existing database, you need to enable the Technical Features to click on Apps > Update Modules List. Your new module will now appear in the list of modules that you can install.
