Catering Management

This odoo application adds Catering Management feature into the odoo. If you are running a Catering Service then you can manage your Customers and Catering Orders using this application. You can configure various Meal Packages into it. Add pricing details, food images and food menu(pdf) into the package. Create Catering Order for the customer and include meal packages into it. Not only meal packages, in Catering Order you can also add Additional Items which means these items are those stuff which is used during catering service(e.g. tissue boxes, water jug etc). Separate menus for Catering Quotation and Catering Orders. Add Staff Members into the Catering Order. Add Food Images also into the catering' order. Add Cleaning Charge and Transportation Charge into the catering order. Create Invoices from the Catering Order. Various kinds of reports are provided for better understanding.

Customer's rating and feedback will be visible on the Stitching Order.
Separate menu provided for Catering Quotations and Catering Orders.

Add multiple Food Items, which is going to be used into meal package.
Invoicing Option:
- Single Product : Configure only one product into the setting and invoice will be generated using only one product
- Individual Product : Configure four product into the setting and invoice will be generated using all four product(package charge, additional charge, transportation charge, cleaning charge)
Configure various kind of Meal Packages.
Add Pricing details into the Meal Package based on approx person of the event, so prices may vary if number of person changes.

- Print Meal Package as PDF Report
- Print Catering Order as PDF Report
- Print Catering Order History as PDF Report
- View Catering Order Analysis
Add Pricing details into the Meal Package based on approx person of the event, so prices may vary if number of person changes.
Extra Features:
- Create multiple Catering Orders from the Lead/Opportunity
- Newly created Catering Order will be linked with particular Lead/Opportunity automaticallyt
- Catering Order will be created based on details of Catering tab of Lead/Opportunity
- Separate menu provided into Catering Order for Lead/Opportunity
- Send Catering Order rating email to the customer
- Customer's rating and feedback will be visible on the Catering Order
- Sort Catering Orders by :

- Filter Catering Orders by :

  - Yesterday

Add attachment on Catering Order.
You can Complete or Cancel linked checklist of the Catering Order.
Checklist percentage will be count based on number of completed checklists.
Add terms and Condition.
Cancel Multiple Catering Order at same time.
Update Tag of Multiple Catering Order at same time.

Newly created Catering Order linked with the Lead/Opportunity

Separate menu provided into Catering Order for Lead/Opportunity

Send Catering Order rating email to the Customer

Customer will click on any smily from email for rating

Customer will write detailed review about Catering Order and submit rating

Customer's feedback and rating is captured successfully on Catering Order
