Catering Management in Odoo
Catering Management Odoo App turns Odoo into a complete back office for a catering business. If you cook and serve for weddings, receptions, birthdays and corporate events, this app gives you one place to build meal packages, quote them, run the event and bill the customer.
You begin by creating meal packages with their food items, photos and a menu PDF, then set per-head price tiers so a quote adjusts to the guest count on its own. Each catering order pulls in those packages, plus any additional service items, transportation and cleaning charges, and totals everything as you go. Assign your staff, attach food photos and the order is ready to confirm.
When the event is done, raise an invoice in one click, email a rating request, and keep the customer's feedback on the record. Sales teams can spin up orders straight from a CRM lead, and customers can follow their orders on the portal.
Checklists, terms and conditions, bulk actions, a dashboard and a full set of PDF and Excel reports round it out, making it a fit for caterers who want every event organised inside Odoo.
Features
Meal Packages
Build reusable meal packages with food items grouped by course, photos, a menu PDF and a meal type, ready to drop into any order.

Additional Items And Charges
Add service items like water jugs or tissues, plus transportation and cleaning charges, directly onto the catering order.
