Catering Management System Odoo
Catering Management System in Odoo provides a complete solution for managing catering
services. With an advanced dashboard for analysis, you can easily create and manage catering
orders, generate invoices, and track every aspect of your business.
This system allows you to create meal packages, add extra items (e.g., tissue boxes, water
jugs), and include transportation or cleaning charges as needed. You can also upload food images
and add staff details to each order. Separate menus for catering quotations and orders help keep
everything organized.
Customers can give ratings and feedback, which will be visible on the order. The app offers
flexible invoicing options, either for a single product or multiple charges (package, additional
items, transport, and cleaning). You can configure meal package pricing based on the number of
people at the event, and the app automatically adjusts the cost.
Reporting is made easy with options to print meal packages, order details, and order history as
PDF reports. The system also allows sorting, filtering, and grouping orders by various criteria,
making it easy to manage bookings and track performance. Extra features include linking catering
orders with leads or opportunities, sending rating emails to customers, and managing multiple
orders at once.
This all-in-one system simplifies catering operations from order creation to invoicing and
feedback, making it easy to handle all aspects of your catering business.

- Add Pricing details into the Meal Package based on approx person of the event, so prices may vary if number of person changes.

Bad, no link between product and items !

This module is completely incompatible with Odoo's native product database. As a result, it is unusable in a sales flow involving manufactured or stocked products.
There is no link whatsoever with Odoo's native product records. All products must be recreated, resulting in two entirely separate product databases, with no automation or synchronization between them.
Essentially, you are creating a new item in an isolated database, with no impact on inventory. In its current state, the item/product base is unusable.
