Complete Hotel Management System in Odoo
Hotel Management Odoo App runs a hotel from the first room setup to
the final paid bill. You set up the property, floors, room types and
rooms, take reservations, check guests in and out, and let every
charge flow into one guest folio. Front desk staff work from a live
room board that shows which rooms are vacant, occupied, dirty or
reserved, and can check a guest in or out in a couple of clicks.
During the stay, laundry, housekeeping, restaurant, extra services
and transport requests all post their charges straight to the
folio, so nothing is billed twice and nothing is missed. The folio
merges room rent and every service into a single bill, applies any
advance deposit, and settles the balance with a cash and card split
at checkout.
The night audit closes each day for you: it posts the remaining room
rates, handles no shows and updates departures, so the next morning
starts clean. Restaurant and bar tickets from the Point of Sale can
be charged to a guest room, and a public website lets guests check
live availability, see seasonal rates and book online.
It suits independent hotels, resorts and small groups that want
reservations, billing, housekeeping and reporting in one place
instead of spread across separate tools.
