Features

Create Task from Lead:

Users can easily create tasks directly from CRM leads by clicking the "Create Task" button. This feature enhances workflow efficiency by allowing a seamless transition from managing leads to assigning tasks.

Close Lead and Create Task with History:

Archives the lead and creates a task while including the lead's email history.

Create Task without Email History:

Allows users to create a task without archiving the lead or transferring any email history, providing a clean task entry.

Create Task with Mail Threads:

Creates a task that retains the email history while keeping the lead open, ensuring that all communication is accessible.

1) CRM Lead View:

After installing the app, a "Create Task" button appears in the CRM Lead screen.

2) Task Creation Pop-up (Option 1) :


When the "Create Task" button is clicked, a pop-up appears where users can fill in details. There is an option to select "Close lead and create task with history" to archive the lead and create task.

3) Archived Lead :

If the user selects the "Close Lead and Create Task with History" option, the lead is archived.

4) Smart Button for Task View:

A smart button appears on the lead page, allowing users to access the created task.

Users can see the task created from the lead on the task screen.
