Create Task without Email History
Users can create tasks without transferring any email history or archiving the lead, providing a clean and simplified task entry. This is particularly useful when only essential task details are needed without additional communication context.
Create Task with Mail Threads
This option enables the creation of tasks that retain the full email history while keeping the lead open. It ensures that all communication remains accessible within the task, allowing team members to stay informed and aligned.

1.) CRM Lead View
A âCreate Taskâ button is integrated into the CRM Lead screen, allowing users to quickly initiate task creation directly from an opportunity.

2.) Task Creation Pop-up (Close Lead with History)
When the âCreate Taskâ button is clicked, a pop-up lets users enter task details and choose the option to archive the lead while including its email history.
3.) Archived Lead
Selecting the âClose Lead and Create Task with Historyâ option automatically archives the lead, keeping the CRM pipeline clean while retaining all relevant information in the created task.
4.) Smart Button for Task View
A smart button appears on the lead page, providing instant access to the task created from that lead.
5.) Task Created from Lead
The task generated from the lead is visible in the task list, showing the direct connection between the lead and the resulting action.
