Automatic Email Age Calculation
This module adds a dedicated âNumber of Daysâ field to email records, which dynamically calculates the time elapsed since the email was created. Users no longer need to manually check timestamps or compute durations, as the system provides instant visibility into email age.
Improved Email Monitoring and Organization
With the addition of the âNumber of Daysâ field in list and tree views, users gain better control over email tracking and organization. The clear visibility of email age helps teams identify overdue responses and maintain timely communication.
Advanced Search by Number of Days
Users can easily filter emails based on how many days old they are using the built-in search functionality. By entering a specific number and selecting the âNumber of Daysâ filter, the system quickly narrows down the results.

1.) Mail List View with Number of Days
The email list includes an additional column that highlights how many days have passed since each message was created. This makes it easy to scan through emails and instantly recognize which ones are recent and which may require attention due to delays.
Navigation : Settings → Technical Menu → Emails
2.) Search Emails by Number of Days
The search panel allows users to enter a specific number and apply it as a filter for âNumber of Days.â This enables quick retrieval of emails that match the selected timeframe, making it simple to focus on messages from a particular period.
3.) Filtered Mail Results by Days
After applying the filter, the email list updates to show only the records that match the selected number of days. This refined view helps users concentrate on relevant emails and take appropriate actions without distraction from unrelated records.
