Kaizen - Actual Cost on Job Cost Sheet by Kaizen Principles gives project and finance teams a live, trusted view of actual job costs without changing how they already use Odoo. For every job cost sheet, the module automatically pulls real expenses from purchase orders, vendor bills, and timesheets, converting currencies where needed and updating three key metrics: Actual Purchased Cost, Actual Vendor Bill Cost, and Actual Timesheet Cost. These values appear directly on job cost lines and in the printed job cost report under Direct Materials, Direct Labour, and Applied Overhead, so users can compare planned vs. actual in one place. The result is tighter cost control, earlier visibility of overruns, and more confident project decisionsâwithout introducing new menus, extra data entry, or complicated workflows.
