What you get
The classic stock card. Every move on a product over a date range, with the running balance ticking next to each row. The page your auditor expects.
Kardex PDF
Date, reference, from, to, qty in, qty out, running balance, unit cost, move value. Period totals at the foot.
Pivot & graph
Cross-product analysis. Group by product, location, source-doc type, or month. Running-balance line on the graph view.
Scales
Built to stay fast even with millions of stock moves across years of history. Open the report on a busy warehouse without waiting.

Optional location filter matches moves whose source OR destination equals the chosen warehouse / shelf / transit point.
How it works
Step 1
Install
Nothing to configure. Menu lands under Inventory → Reporting → Product Ledger.
Step 2
Print one product
Open the Kardex wizard, pick a product, date range, optional location. Print the PDF. Per-row running balance lets the auditor follow the timeline.
Step 3
Analyse many products
Switch to the pivot to compare multiple products side by side — same data, different angle.

Year-end audit
Auditor asks for the stock-card for SKU XYZ from Jan to Dec. One Kardex PDF, period totals, running balance at every row.
Stock discrepancy investigation
Physical count differs from Odoo. Pull the Kardex for the disputed period, identify the move that introduced the gap.
Multi-warehouse retailer
Narrow to one warehouse to see how that branch alone moved a product over the period — useful for branch-level audits.
Cost-rollback investigation
Each row shows the unit cost as it was at the time of the move — useful for cross-checking against the standard valuation report.
Why this report matters
When the auditor sits down, they want to see one page per product: every receipt, every delivery, every transfer, with a running balance ticking next to each. Standard Odoo shows you the moves and the current stock, but never together with the running balance an auditor expects. This report gives you exactly that — and saves the back-and-forth that every year-end audit otherwise turns into.
FAQ
Does it recompute AVCO retroactively?
No. Each row shows the unit cost at the moment that move happened. For retroactive cost recalculations, use Odoo's standard Stock Valuation report.
Does it handle serial / lot products?
Yes — every move appears in the ledger. Lot-level breakdown is on the roadmap for the next version.
How does the running balance handle internal transfers?
Transfers between your own warehouses don't change company-wide stock, so they don't count as in or out. Receipts from outside count as IN; deliveries to outside count as OUT. Standard accounting view.
Is XLSX export supported?
PDF in version 1. Spreadsheet export is on the roadmap — email support@arure.tech if you need it now.
What's the refund policy?
