Users Restriction For Project And Task

A Module for Restricting Projects and Tasks Records From Certain Users.

Key Highlights

Easy to Set the Allowed Users for the Projects and Tasks.

If no User is Assigned to any Project or Task it will be Visible to all Users.

Administrators can Assign Permissions to Specific User Groups or Roles to Access Restricted Projects and Tasks.

Useful for Companies that need to Keep Certain Projects or Tasks Confidential by Restricting Access to Specific User Groups.

Enable the Checkbox 'View Limited Projects and Tasks'.

The restriction for project and tasks will be only available for the users have enabled this access.

Select the Users in the Access Limited Users Field on Project Form.

If no user is selected in the field, all users will be able to access the projects.

Select the Users in the Access Limited Users Field on Task.

If no user is selected in the field, all users will be able to access the tasks.

Login as User who has given no Access, will be not Able to Access the Restricted Project and Tasks.

Easy to Set Allowed Users for the Projects and Tasks.
Only the Users Allowed will be Able to Access Project and Tasks.
If no User is Assigned it will be Visible to All Records.

hi,

I have sent a reply to Mr shalfa's email 6 days ago via tsvinh7@gmail.com but I have not received any reply since then.

I want to inform you that I can now log in well, no more difficulties, I hope you will check for me, so that everything works, if it cannot be fixed in the next week, I will have to temporarily remove it because it has lasted for quite a long time and the members on my side are limited in the project application so the work progress has been slowed down quite a lot.

So I really hope you will help us!

Hello,

Thank you for your support. Sorry, we have been busy with some other work recently so we have not been able to follow up on this issue.

The login error has now been completely fixed and you can log in normally. I hope you will come back to check for me.

I took the time to review and found that in the application permission setting section for each account, there is no tick display as in the application introduction that you posted on the odoo market.

And the settings in each project are all blurred and there is no display of the features of this application on the task in the project.

I hope you can check and find the cause to be able to fix this problem. That will be a good application for us.

Hi Cybrosys team,

I am an odoo user in Vietnam, I have used a version of your application "Users Restriction For Project And Task" for v 17.0, at: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/17.0/project_task_access to install on our odoo system.

However, after installation, the following error appears:

1 is, our internal users access the boards in the project application but they are empty, cannot access and display tasks, even though we have not installed the "view limited projects and tasks" permission.

2 is, we also cannot specify the user who has access to the board in the project application, but it is displayed dimly, even though I have admin rights, and have tried installing the "view limited projects and tasks" permission.

Today, I saw my users reported this issue and I checked, but there is nothing else I can do, because currently only I have the right, other users do not.

So I am sending this email to you (mail: odoo@cybrosys.com ), hoping for your support.
