Reduce manual corrections and errors by allowing quick edits and cancellations directly from the POS interface.

When the user selects a customer and clicks the log icon in the navbar, the selected customer’s orders are displayed on the screen.
Only the orders from the selected session are displayed on this screen. The user can change the payment mode by clicking the edit icon.
The user clicks the edit icon to view the payment details of the order, select a preferred payment method from the available session options and click Confirm to change the payment mode.
Once the payment mode is confirmed, the payment details are updated in the backend order.
An error popup appears when the amount value does not match.

Invoice Cancel

Before canceling, make sure that Allow Canceling Entries is selected in the backend.
To cancel an invoice, the user clicks on the Cancel icon.
Once the invoice is confirmed canceled, a confirmation popup is displayed on the screen.
Canceling an invoice triggers the following changes:
  • Invoice is set to Cancelled.
  • Journal entries for the invoice are voided.
  • Debit and credit values in journal items are set to 0.
  • Unit prices in invoice lines and POS order lines are set to 0.
  • Payment journal is voided after the session closes.
