Click on the CRM button

When you click on 'Leads', all the records will be displayed on the screen.

Merge Record- Keep one Remove other

Select the leads record and when you click on action a drop-down will open

Select Merge Records button from that drop-down

Select one option from the merge type

CLICK ON KEEP ONE REMOVE OTHERS

All the selected leads will appear on the screen

Click on leads to keep and select the lead record you want to keep between the duplicate leads

After filling the details for leads to keep, Click on Merge Records

A New Lead is generated

Merge Record- Custom Combination

Select the leads and click on actions

Select Merge Records button from that drop-down

In merge type click on Custom Combination

A wizard will open this screen to you, select Custom Combination in Merge Type

Here, select the records accordingly and then click on the Create Records.

A New Lead has been generated based on the information you have provided.
