Freight Air — Document Integration
Air forwarders prepare HAWB certificates and Delivery Orders for each consignee manually, often using Word templates or handwritten forms with no traceability. There is no system connection between the shipment record and the physical documents being prepared. This module connects the air freight workspace with the document management system: HAWB preparation creates a tracked required document request linked to the shipment, the HAWB number is written back to the shipment record, and Air Delivery Orders are registered with issuance timestamps that update the operational shipment status.
