What it does
#. Problem When you chat with customers on your website, you may need to create a support request for the relevant departments by creating a manual ticket or creating a lead and converting it to a ticket. However, these methods often take time and have many steps.
- This module will help your company
- Support to create a ticket directly by using the /ticket from the chat window.
- Save conversation between you and the customer in the description of Ticket for tracking.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_helpdesk_livechat.
- Press Install.
How it works
Instruction video: Helpdesk Livechat
After installing the module, from any livechat, you can create a ticket by typing /ticket + ticket name. And press Send.

When the ticket is successfully created. Press the link on the chat, the system will navigate you to the ticket view.

Note: You need to install the Live chat app to use this feature.
