Overview
Registration is about including new suppliers into the system and to use them for various kinds of operations that are supported by the Vendor Lifecycle Management application.
You can register new suppliers into the system after analyzing them through questionnaires and, if found suitable, clearing them for registration. After a clearing process, the supplier is added to the supplier list.
Registration Methods
You can register suppliers by the following methods in the Vendor Registration module:
In Spontaneous Registration, the vendors fill up and submit a self-registration form, which they can access from the login form.
Vendors can be invited by email to provide details about their company and business. An email address is needed to send an invitation to the person of interest. An invited registration follows a similar workflow as the spontaneous registration.
Quick registration provides an easy way to register a vendor without requiring participation from the supplierâs side.

Registration Process
The registration process of a supplier involves collecting
basic information from suppliers, clearing, and approving
the supplier for registration. The complete registration
process involves various steps and with each step the status
of the registration changes.

VLM: Registration
Registration is about including new suppliers into the system and to use them for various kinds of operations that are supported by the VLM application.
VLM: Assessment
Supplier assessment is gathering specific information about suppliers and their business through questionnaires. It is the process of asking users, both internal and external, questions for specific information.
VLM: Approval
you can judge the suppliers on assessment results and requirement fulfillment through the supplier approval process.
VLM: Performance Evaluation
Performance Evaluation is a process that evaluates a supplier 's performance over a time period in the past.
