By default, Odoo does not provide a feature that allows portal users to interact with internal users via chat or communicate with other portal users. Portal users are typically given limited access to view and manage their own records through a customized portal interface, without the ability to use internal messaging or chat features. However, with this custom module, portal users can be enabled to chat with both other portal users and internal users, extending the communication capabilities beyond the default limitations of Odoo.
