1. Configure user rights

Admins can assign product access rights to users in Settings to prevent unauthorized changes and ensure data security.

2. Product Access Control

Once Full Right Product is installed for users, they have full access (create, edit, delete) to products and product variants.

3. Permission-Based Product Management

Users without FRP permission can only view products but cannot create, edit or delete any product data.

1. Assign Access Rights to Users

Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Users, select the target user.

In the Access Rights tab, under Sales > Access to Products, select Full Right Product.

2. Behavior Without Access Rights

If a user is not granted the proper access rights, they will only be able to view the list of products.

When attempting to create, edit, or delete a product template (under Inventory > Products > Product), the system will display an access error and block the action.

3. Applies to Product Variants

The same rules apply to product variants (under Inventory > Products > Product Variant).

Only users who belong to the Full Right Product group are allowed to perform modification actions on product variants.
