The document_management_preview module allows users to manage documents and preview their content directly within Odoo without having to share through an external storage or download to local device

The module typically supports previewing common file types such as PDF, images (JPG, PNG, GIF), and Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), depending on the configuration and installed libraries.

To preview a document, simply navigate to the document record in Odoo and click the "Preview" button or icon. The file will be displayed in a popup.

By default, the module works with documents stored in Odoo's internal storage. Integration with external storage providers may require additional configuration or third-party modules.

Thank you for your interest in our module. Could you please clarify if you're referring to organizing documents by folders or specifying a custom file system path? Currently, folder-based management isn’t supported out of the box. However, please contact us via email or whatsapp, we are happy to understand your needs and suggest suitable solutions.
