Background

1. Create OKR

Users can define measurable performance indicators with essential fields such as:
OKR Name
OKR Code
Goal
Unit of Measurement
Start date, Deadline
Scope

2. Assign OKR to employee/department

Unlike KPI management, OKR can assign work to employees or departments.

3. Report OKR progress

Each OKR can only have 1 pending and has to be approved before making another report

1. Create OKR

Define and assign a new KPI to a user or department.
Scope and Assign: Choose scopes and assign to entities employee or department.
→ You can see the OKR assigned to you or your department or the employees in your department.
Key Results: Create key results under OKR, their scope must be lower than current OKR.
→ You can see the okr assigned to you or your department or the employees in your department.

2. Report the OKR progress

Each OKR can only have 1 pending and has to be approved before making another report
Once approved the current progress will be updated by the reported progress.
Progress also updates on parent OKR side

3. Roles

Employee: Regular user can create okr for themselves.
If they are department manager, they can create OKR for their department or for the department members.
If they are OKR Manager, they can approve reports of OKR from their department/department members.

The OKR module is used to define, assign, and track work tasks aligned with objectives and expected results. It allows both individuals and departments to be assigned responsibilities and requires regular reporting and approval to update progress.

Yes. OKRs can be assigned to either individual employees or entire departments, depending on the nature of the task.

Progress is tracked through submitted reports. An employee or department must create a report detailing what has been done, which is then submitted for approval by a manager. Only approved reports will update the progress of the OKR.

Typically, a manager or a designated approver can review and approve the reports. The system allows for defining approval roles based on organizational structure.

While not grouped into scorecards like KPIs, OKRs can be linked to strategic objectives or higher-level goals to track how operational tasks support company-wide initiatives.

Yes. If a report is incomplete or incorrect, it can be rejected with feedback. The assignee must revise and resubmit the report for approval before progress can be updated.
