2. Per-Record & Per-User Preferences

Recipient selections are automatically saved for each user and specific record, meaning your preferences are remembered the next time you send a message on the same document.

3. Quick & Full Composer Support

You can manually route any lost message to the correct Odoo record. Just select the target model, record and the message will be added to its chatter, ensuring no communication is missed.

1. Send messages for configured recipients

Navigate to: Open an Odoo record with a chatter > Send message > Write a message > Click recipient dropdown button > Select followers > Send > Save

Result:

After selecting the appropriate recipients, send your message. Only the chosen followers will be notified by email

The system remembers your selection for that specific document and users, so the next time you send a message on the same record, the same recipients are pre-selected.

2. Send messages in full composer view

The same functionality is available when using the full composer window, offering flexibility in both quick and expanded views.
