M-Pesa lives on the invoice itself
Post a customer invoice and two buttons appear in the button bar: the green M-Pesa STK Push and M-Pesa Manual Confirm. Your billing team never leaves the document they are looking at.
The PIN prompt lands while youâre on the call
Pick the till, type the customerâs Safaricom number, send. The customer enters their M-Pesa PIN on their phone and the invoice reconciles itself the moment Safaricom confirms — payment posted against the right journal, receipt logged.
Customer paid your Paybill yesterday? Verify it
Enter the receipt code from the customerâs confirmation SMS — full code or just the last characters. The app finds the C2B payment, checks the amount covers the invoice, reconciles it, and locks that receipt so it can never pay a second invoice.
Finance gets a real audit trail
Every invoice payment lands in the shared M-Pesa transaction log with phone, amount, receipt and status — alongside your POS and website payments if you run the other family apps. One log, every channel, pivot-ready.
Install to first paid invoice in under an hour
Install the app — an M-Pesa menu appears inside Invoicing. Create a configuration per Paybill/Till (Daraja credentials, environment, business details), test the connection and register your C2B URLs with one click each.
Post any customer invoice and use the buttons. STK Push for customers on the line, Manual Confirm for payments that already arrived. Both reconcile automatically against the invoice — partial or full.
