These materials and checklists are pre-configured on the equipment form and automatically used when generating maintenance requests, ensuring that all necessary resources are in place before maintenance tasks begin. This integration helps ensure smoother workflows, reduces the chance of errors, and optimizes resource allocation during maintenance activities.
