Main Features:

• The Bill of Materials BoM form defines all inputs and steps needed to produce biodiesel and other renewable fuels. It includes raw materials like used cooking oil, palm oil, methanol, and catalysts with required quantities. It also lists the processing steps such as degumming, transesterification, and drying. Costs for materials, labor, and machine usage are calculated. Byproducts like glycerin or recovered methanol are also recorded. If the process creates multiple final products, the system splits and tracks the cost for each.

• Manufacturing Orders are used to manage and track each production batch. They show the required plant based materials, work orders for each process step, and any byproducts.
