Main Features :

  • 1. Website Request Form:
  • Your customers can easily submit car repair requests directly from your website by filling out a form and attaching documents or images to provide additional details about their request.

  • 2. Car Repair Request Unique Number:

    A unique car repair request is automatically generated upon submission and recorded in the backend as a repair request ticket number for streamlined tracking and management.


  • 3. Customer Portal:

    Customers can view the status of all their submitted car repair request tickets on the "My Account" page on the portal side of your website, as shown in the example below.


  • 4. Car Repair Request Backend Management:

    The repair manager or repair user can create and manage diagnoses for car repair requests, as well as generate sales quotations and send them directly to the customer for approval.

    The repair manager or repair user can create job orders or work orders directly from the repair ticket and assign them to the responsible technician or repair user for efficient task management and execution.
