Open a Sales Order and click on "Add Smart Button"
Fill in the required fields and click on the "Confirm" button
After confirmation, the "Open Customers" smart button will be added to the Sales Order
Clicking on "Open Customers" will display contacts in list view
Open the Smart Button Wizard from a Lead, configure the fields, and click "Confirm"
The newly created smart button will now be visible in the form view
