- Manage Transfer Stages:
- Set up and manage transfer stages for equipment and instruments under Maintenance and Jobs Configuration in the Transfer Stages menu.
- Create Transfer Tags:
- Add and manage transfer tags to categorize your equipment and instruments in the Transfer Tags menu under Maintenance and Jobs Configuration.
- Request Equipment Transfer:
- Easily create equipment transfer requests through the Equipment Transfers menu in the Maintenance and Jobs section.
- Optional Equipment Maintenance Request:
- Before transferring equipment, you can create a maintenance request if the equipment needs repairs or service.
- Create Material Requisition:
- Make a material requisition for the equipment or instruments you want to transfer.
- Create Picking Record for Equipment:
- Turn your material requisition into a picking record to manage your equipment inventory for transfer.
- Quick Access to Equipment Info:
- Quickly view related material requisitions, maintenance, and internal picking records for the equipment from the equipment transfer request using the smart button.
- Print Equipment Transfer Report:
- Generate and print a PDF report for the equipment transfer.
- Request Instrument Transfer:
- Easily create instrument transfer requests through the Instrument Transfers menu in the Maintenance and Jobs section.
- Optional Instrument Repair Order:
- Before transferring instruments, you can create a repair order if the instrument needs service.
- Create Material Requisition for Instruments:
- Make a material requisition for instruments that need to be transferred.
- Create Picking Record for Instruments:
