Helpdesk Restrict Domains

seprator

Helpdesk Restrict Domains Odoo app allows you to control which email domains can be used when creating or replying to helpdesk tickets. With this app, your team can configure a list of restricted domains, ensuring that support requests and email replies are only accepted from trusted domains.

When a new ticket is submitted, the system checks the customer’s email domain. If the domain is allowed, the request is created successfully. If not, a warning message appears and the ticket is blocked. The same rule applies when sending emails from tickets—if the customer’s domain is restricted, the email is not sent and a warning is shown.

This feature helps you prevent spam, reduce unwanted requests, and maintain a secure and professional support process. By making sure only approved domains can interact with your helpdesk, your team can focus on genuine customers without wasting time.
