Dynamic Export Records
This module allows flexible export of Odoo records into CSV, TSV or Excel formats based on user-defined configurations. Users can dynamically select fields and mark any fields as required for validation. Users can filter records according to their requirements for export. It supports both flat and relational data structures, enabling multi-line exports for one2many relationships. Export configurations are fully customizable per model. This module supports FTP and SFTP servers. The module also includes export logging and required field checks. Ideal for users needing controlled, structured, and repeatable data exports.
Recommended Solutions

Upon installing the application, you can see two main menus. One for server configuration and another for export configuration.

You can configure the FTP server under FTP Syncing menu.

You can configure the SFTP server under SFTP Syncing menu.

Configuration of mapping table:
Name => You need to give the name for the configuration table.
Model => You need to select the model whose records you want to export.
Main Table => You need to enable this option if your configuration is main. For example if you want to add a sale order record then for the sale order model you need to create configuration record with main table enable & you need to create sale order line configuration separately without main table enable.
Enter File Name => You can add the file name that will export fom this configuration.
Export File Type => You have to select the file type.
Enter Filter => If you require specific records of the model, you can add domain here.
Server Type => You have to select the server type in which the file of this configuration will be exported.
Select FTP/SFTP => You have to select the FTP or SFTP record.
File Path => You have to enter the destination file path from your ftp/sftp server.
Field => You can select fields of the model that you want to export in the file.
m2o Search field Name => You can select field which you want to export from many2one field's model.
Required => You can mark this true, if that field's value should not be empty. If empty and marked required then file will not be prepared.
Sub Table for Relational Field => For One2Many field you have to select a sub table in which there is a separate configuration available for One2Many field's model. (In sub table there is the same concept to follow, the only difference is in that table you don’t need to enable Main table.)

This is sub table configuration in which you have to select name, model and not have to select the main table.

These are the schedule actions to prepare the file and export it to the server.

First schedule is to prepare the file for export.

Upon running the schedule action, you can see new transaction records are created under Export Transaction menu.

After successfully generating the file, you can see it in transaction with generated file.

If we have given some field value as required and that field is empty, file will not generate.

Transaction with failed state will create and you will see one new button to re-generate the file with log details of why file is not generated.

We can check the log details from transaction. In this case, we have marked one field as required and it does not have any value.

This is the second schedule action that will export the file which are in Draft state to the configured server.

You can check the state of transaction as Done after file is successfully exported to the server with log details.

You can check the detailed logs from transaction record and from the FTP/SFTP Syncing menu as well.

This is an example of exported file.
