Foundation first

Build reliable fee masters before billing operations.

Activating the Fee Management System module will automatically activate the College Management System module, because the College Management System is its core module.

Settings → Users & Companies → Users: assign “Access for Fee Management” and “Access for Core Module” roles for each user (Principal/HOD/Clerk/Admin) in College Access Rights.

User setup: after granting HOD access, click “Create Employee” for the user.

Employee record: for the HOD user, set the Department in the employee form.

College Management System → Configuration → Academic Years: create an Academic Year record.

College Management System → Configuration → Semesters: create a Semester record.

College Management System: create a Building record and add rooms.

Employees → Departments: create departments in the Employees module.

Academics → Courses: create a course by entering Name, Department, Faculty, and Syllabus, then save.

Academics → Programmes: create a Programme record.

Academics → Course Syllabus: create a syllabus and fill in the course details.

Course record: link the created syllabus to the course.

Academics → Programme Offerings: create the offering (Programme + Total Seats), then click “Add a course”.

Create Course Lines wizard: select the Semester and Course, then click “Save & Close”.

Student → Classes: create a class and add Programme Offering, Semester, and batches.

Student form: create a student and set Programme Offering, Class, and Batch.
