Features
Mass Approval/Rejection:
Approve or reject multiple contacts at once using the contacts manager for increased efficiency.
Approval Workflow:
Newly created contacts automatically enter an "under approval" state, ensuring that no contact is active without proper review.
Role-Based Permissions:
Only authorized contacts managers can approve or reject contacts, maintaining control over the process.
User-Friendly Interface:
Simple installation and intuitive usability make it easy for anyone to get started without extensive training.

1) User Settings:
To access the features of the Contacts Manager, you must first click on it. If you haven't done this, you won't be able to use the approval features.
Navigation : Settings → Users & Companies → Users

2) Mass Approval Without Accessing the Contacts Manager:
If you attempt to use mass approval without clicking on the Contacts Manager, you won't be able to proceed.
Navigation : Contacts → Action → Mass Approve or Mass Not Approve

3) Error Notification:
If you try to approve or reject contacts without accessing the Contacts Manager, an error message will be displayed.

4) User Setting:
Ensure you click on the Contacts Manager to access the appropriate settings.
Navigation : Settings → Users & Companies → Users

5) Viewing Contacts Under Approval:
By clicking on the Contacts Manager and following the same process mentioned in the previous screenshots, you can view contacts that are currently under approval.

6) Mass Approval or Mass Not Approval of Contacts Under Approval:
The "Task" smart button on the purchase order screen shows a list view of all tasks related to the order for easy access.
Mass Approval: The Contacts Manager can select all contacts and approve them
simultaneously. Approved contacts will then be visible in Sales, Purchases, Inventory,
and Invoices.
Mass Not Approval: The Contacts Manager can select all contacts and reject them
simultaneously. Rejected contacts will not appear in Sales, Purchases, Inventory, or
Invoices.

7) Status of Contacts:
Draft: If you reset a contact, its status will change to Draft.
Approved: Use the "Approve" button to approve individual contacts that are under
review.
Under Approval: This status is assigned automatically when a new contact is
created.
Not Approved: Use the "Not Approved" button; these contacts will not be processed
further.

8) Approved Contacts in Sales:
Once a contact is approved by the Contacts Manager, it will be available for use in Sales. Only contacts approved by the manager will be displayed.
Navigation : Sales → Contacts

9) Approved Contacts in Purchases:
Approved contacts by the Contacts Manager will also be available for use in Purchases. Only those approved contacts will be shown.
Navigation : Purchases → Contacts

10) Approved Contacts in Inventory:
Contacts approved by the Contacts Manager will be accessible in Inventory. Only those contacts that have been approved will be visible.
