Blanket Purchase Order
The Blanket Purchase Order application for Odoo enables users to create a single purchase order that encompasses a large quantity of products. This streamlined approach allows for the generation of multiple purchase quotations from a single blanket order. For instance, by creating a Blanket Purchase Order for 100 units of a Graphics Card, users can subsequently issue 10 separate purchase orders, each containing 10 units of the product.

1) Purchase view:
The screenshots demonstrate various functionalities of the Blanket Purchase Order application, including the creation of blanket orders, managing purchase quotations, and tracking remaining quantities.
Navigation : Purchase ➡ Orders ➡ Blanket Purchase Order
2) Create Blanket Purchase Order:
From the blanket order, users can add a vendor and specify the required quantity before generating a quotation.
3) Create Purchase Quotation:
From the blanket order, users can add a vendor and specify the required quantity before generating a quotation.
4) Create Vendor Quotation:
Add the vendor details and specify the required quantity, then proceed to create a quotation.
5) Access New Quotations:
Users can access new quotations from the Blanket Order. If the requested quantity is less than the remaining quantity, an error will be displayed to the user.
6) Quantity Validation Warning:
If the new quantity entered is less than the remaining required quantity, an error message will alert the user.
7) Remaining Quantity Updates:
The remaining quantity will be updated each time a quotation is created from the blanket order.
8) Reference Purchase Order Tree View:
This view displays the quotations created from the Blanket Orders.
9) Quotations Generated from Blanket Orders:
These quotations are automatically generated based on the terms and quantities specified in the blanket orders.
10) Merge Quotations:
A merge button allows users to combine multiple purchase quotations into one.
