This app helps users to create and manage membership with multiple functionality like Active membership, create invoice for membership, membership expiry reminder mail, auto expiry membership.

Create Membership Products:
User can create membership with specific durations. (like.., 2 days, 2 months, or 2 years).
Create Members:
Manager can create members and manage members.
Create Membership:
Create membership and assign membership product in membership. that membership will auto expired on the expiry duration.
Create Invoice for membership:
user can create an invoice of membership. the membership is active only if invoice is paid.
Reminder For membership expiry:
Send Reminder mail to members if their membership is getting expired in configure duration.
Auto Expire Membership:
Membership will auto expired at the membership ending date.
Renew Membership:
User has the option to renew an expired membership.

1) Access Rights for Membership:
Users have to assign a Role to the user (Membership User or Membership Manager).
Navigation : Settings → Users & companies → User
2) Set Configurations:
user has to set the configuration of account and account journal for invoice.
user has to set expiry day (the days count before expiry membership user get reminder mail).
Navigation : Settings → Invoicing → Membership Invoice Configurations
3) Membership Products:
Here, the user has create the membership products.here user has to enter details of a membership product like.. Duration, Interval(in Days, Months, Years) and sales price Internal reference etc..!

Navigation : Membership → Configuration → Membership Product
4) Members:
Here, the manager can create members.
Navigation : Membership → Members → Members
5) Membership:
Here, the user can create membership.
For membership, the user has to select a membership product and select a member and click on the Request button.
Navigation : Membership → Membership
6) Confirm Membership:
After requesting, the state will change from Draft into Request.
Here, the Manager can confirm the membership by clicking the Confirm Button.

7) Create Invoice:
After getting confirmation of membership, the state will change from Request into Confirm.
After that, the Create invoice button will be visible for the manager.

8) Active Membership:
Once the Invoice is created, The Active button will be visible for the Manager, and the invoice will also display there.

9) User Error:
User faces the Error if they try to activate membership without paying the invoice.

10) Invoice Of Membership:
Here is the invoice of Membership. without paying this invoice, membership couldn't be active.

11) Membership Activated:
Here, the Membership is activated after activating membership, the state will change into Active.

12) Membership assigned to member:
Here is the Membership assigned to the member.

13) Membership expiry Reminder Mail:
Here is the Reminder mail for the Member that Notify the Member that their membership will expire on a specific Date.
This mail will be sent to a member a specific day ago (the days which were configured in Settings).

Here is a kanban view of Membership.

15) Expired Membership:
Here is another view for expired Memberships. Here, User can see only expired memberships only.

16) Active Membership:
Here is another view for Active membership. Here, User can see active membership only.

17) Renew Expired Membership:
There is an option to Renew expired membership.
