1) User form view:
For the Sales Manager role, enable the 'Allow Confirm Product Sale Price' access right. This permission allows the Sales Manager to confirm quotations, provided the sale price does not exceed the maximum or fall below the minimum sale price of the product.
Navigation : Settings ➡ Users & Companies ➡ Users

2) Product variant form view:
Set Minimum Sale Price and Maximum Sale Price for a Product.
Navigation : Inventory ➡ Master Data ➡ Product Variants

3) Sale order form view:
In a Sale Order or Quotation, if the product price in the Product Order Line does not add here to the minimum and maximum sale price rules, a warning message will be displayed. However, the user will still be able to save the quotation.
Navigation : Sales ➡ Orders ➡ Quotations

4) Sale order form view:
Products with a price unit that breaks the minimum or maximum price rule will be displayed in red text.

5) Sale order form view:
On 'confirm sale', if the user does not have 'Allow confirm product sale price' access rights, they will not be able to confirm the quotation. An error will be raised. Only users with 'Allow confirm product sale price' access rights can confirm it.
