Website Sales Count
Website Sales Count adds a clear âSoldâ badge to products on the Odoo online shop, helping customers quickly identify popular items. Businesses can display one common sales count across the entire website or maintain a separate count for each product. The badge appears on both the shop listing and product detail page, keeping the information visible throughout the buying journey. All values can be managed directly from the Odoo backend without changing the website design.
Features
Website Wise Sales Count
Set one common sales count for the complete website and display it across all products. This option is useful when the business wants to promote an overall sales milestone using the same value throughout the online shop.
Individual Product Sales Count
Product Wise mode allows a different sales count to be entered for every product. Businesses can highlight the actual popularity of selected items without displaying the badge on products that do not have a configured value.
Simple Backend Configuration
The complete feature can be enabled from General Settings, with an easy selection between Website Wise and Product Wise modes. Sales-count values can then be managed from the Website settings or individual product forms.

1.) Enable Website Sales Count :
Activate Website Sales Count from the INKERP section in General Settings. The Sales Display Type field lets the administrator choose whether the badge should use one website-wide value or an individual value for each product.
Navigation : Settings → INKERP
2.) Set a Website-Wide Sales Count :
When Website Wise mode is selected, the common sales value can be entered from the Website settings. The configured number will be used for every product displayed on that website.
Navigation : Settings → Website→ Website Sales Count
3.) Website-Wide Count on the Shop Page :
All products in the shop display the same 100+ Sold badge when the website-wide count is set to 100. The badge is placed beside the product price, making it easy to notice while browsing the catalogue.
4.) Website Wise Count on the Product Page :
The common sales count also appears on the individual product page near the product name and price. Customers can see the productâs popularity before selecting variants or adding it to the cart.
5.) Select Product-Wise Sales Display :
Choose Product Wise from the Sales Display Type field when every product needs its own sales value. After saving this option, the sales-count field becomes available on individual product records.
6.) Enter Sales Count for a Product :
The Sales Count field on the product form allows administrators to enter a separate value for the selected item. In this example, the Customizable Desk has a configured sales count of 500.
Navigation : Website → eCommerce → Products
7.) Product-Specific Badge on the Shop Page :
Only the product with a configured count displays the 500+ Sold badge in the shop. Other products remain unchanged, allowing businesses to highlight selected popular or best-selling items.
8.) Product-Specific Count on the Product Page :
The individual product page displays the configured 500+ Sold badge below the product title. This gives customers a clear indication of the itemâs popularity while keeping the standard purchase options unchanged.
