9.) Vendor Selection List View

10.) Enable Vendor for Vehicle Trade

In the Vendor form view, tick the "Available Vendor" checkbox to make this vendor selectable in the Vendor field of the Vehicle Detail form.

Each vehicle parts condition is described individually for detailed inspection and accurate maintenance tracking.

18.) Individual Vehicle Part Conditions Wizard

Opens a wizard to add vehicle part conditions. If the entered condition exceeds 100%, the system shows a warning and prevents saving. Only values between 0% and 100% are allowed.

19.) Validation Error on Part Condition

The system displays a validation error when a condition value greater than 100% is entered, such as 105%, preventing the record from being saved.

20.) Template Inspection Data

Predefined inspection data templates used to standardize and streamline vehicle inspection records across various parts and conditions.

21.) Vehicle History

Vehicle history includes records and information essential for resale. Providing history details enhances transparency and buyer trust. If previous issues exist, a related issue description will be shown otherwise, no issue details will be visible.

22.) Insurance History

Add insurance records for the vehicle, define their status as 'Running', 'Expired', or 'Upcoming', and specify the coverage duration. Including insurance history such as current and past policies is crucial when selling a vehicle to provide transparency and assurance to buyers.

23.) Vendor Bill Creation Based on Stage

The "Create Bill" button becomes visible when the stage is set to "In Discussion". Attempting to create a bill without entering the vehicle's selling price will trigger a warning and prevent the bill from being generated.

24.) Vendor Bill Details and Issuance

By adding the vehicle selling price and applicable taxes, you can click the "Create Bill" button to generate the bill. After redirection to the bill form, the "Down Payment" button becomes visible for further processing.

25.) Create Vendor Bill Invoice Screen

This screen appears after clicking "Create Bill," displaying the generated invoice with selling price, taxes, and a visible "Down Payment" button for processing initial payments.

26.) Down Payment Validation Warning

After generating the bill, the "Down Payment" button becomes visible. If clicked without entering a down payment value, a warning message appears and the system prevents the down payment invoice from being generated.

27.) Invoice Details for Vehicle Down Payment

Enter the down payment value and click the "Down Payment" button to generate the invoice. After redirection, the total due amount is displayed, along with options to create the final buyer invoice.

28.) Down Payment Invoice Screen

This screen displays the generated down payment invoice after clicking the "Down Payment" button. It shows the paid amount, total due, and provides further options to create the final buyer invoice.

29.) Final Buyer Invoice and Sale Confirmation

Once the buyer invoice is generated, total profit and loss details become visible. The stage automatically updates from "In Discussion" to "Sold", confirming the completion of the vehicle sale process.

30.) Buyer Invoice Screen

This screen displays the final buyer invoice, including vehicle details, total selling price, down payment applied, and the remaining balance due.

31.) Document Smart Button

Add and manage documents related to the sold vehicle. You can upload required files and download them anytime as per your needs.

32.) Customer Details

Includes essential information about the customer such as name, contact number, email, address, and related transaction history.
