Agent Configuration
You need to put tick in the checkbox to enable the normal partner as an agent. Also you need to enter the email id to get the email notification to the agent.
Employee background verification form view.
Goto Employee module and choose menu Verification. Then Fill the required fields

From agent account , they can see the assigned verifications
Employees list of verification requests
Agent can see the list of employee verification request
Uploading the verification form
After verifying , agent can upload this and complete the verification

Agent can collect the details and submit to the manager.
