Export Pdf Option
In the List View user can see an option for Export Pdf.
Select Fields
When click on the menu it will open a dialog box to select fields to export.
Export Fields
Select the desired Field and click on the Export Button.
PDF Report
On clicking the Export Button corresponding List view will be exported in PDF Format.
Export Tree View in PDF Format.
Select the desired field and Export
Go to the list view, click the Settings button, and select "Export to PDF" to generate the PDF.
Yes, you can customize the fields in pdf report adjust fields and design.
Yes, any applied filters will be reflected in the PDF export, allowing you to export only the filtered data.

Hi, I have installed the Export View PDF module in my Odoo 18 ERP, but it's not working as expected. Even when logged in as the admin, the "Export PDF" option does not appear in the list view. I have already provided export access rights to the user, but this did not resolve the issue.
Could you please suggest what might be causing this problem or how to fix it? Thank you!
Bonjour je rencontre un problème avec le module : - je l'ai installé depuis l'interface utilisateur - j'ai pas redémarrer de service , il s'est direct installé -sur une vue j'essaie d'exporter avec l'option export pdf. - sa signale une perte de connexion puis un rétablissement de la connexion -et sa ne telecharge rien besoin d'aide svp

I would like to ask the issue I face when logging in as a different user. In some users, the Export PDF button not showing. Any suggestions for solutions?

The issue occurs because the user does not have the necessary access rights. In the user settings, enabling 'Access to export feature' will make the menu visible.
