Install Company Policy
After installation, open company form view in settings here we can see a page company policy
Company policy on Dashboard
After setting the company policy it can see in the dashboard by clicking Company policy button.

The OpenHRMS Company Policy module allows organizations to manage and display their company policies effectively within the HRMS dashboard.
Only logged-in users with the appropriate permissions can view the company policies set by the organization.
The "Company Policy" button is located on the HRMS dashboard for easy access.
You can create only one company policy, but it can be edited as needed.
