While requesting leaves employee will be aware of balance legal leaves for him.

Re-assign Pending Tasks of leave requested employee to other person of that department.

HR Managers Can Add Employee Flight Ticket Details
HR managers can add the flight ticket details for the employee.
Flight Ticket Management
Users can access the flight tickets menu from the Time Off module. Before confirming a ticket, ensure that an expense account for the ticket is set in the settings. Once that’s done, you can confirm the ticket and create an invoice.

Enabling Leave Salary in the payslip will add the salary for it.
