Configure Incoming Mail Servers.
It is mandatory to select 'Time Off' as the value for Create a New Record field.
Configure Leave Email Alias.
Navigate to Settings under Configuration in Time Off module and add Prefix and Domain.
Leave Request Email.
Create a Leave Request from Employee's registered Email. Subject of mail should contain the Prefix added in Leave Email Alias and the request body should contain the leave dates in D/M/Y format.
Time Off created for the employee.

You can configure a custom alias prefix and domain, allowing employees to submit leave requests via email using specific alias formats.
Yes, configuring an incoming mail server is required to enable the email-to-leave request functionality.
If the subject or body of the email doesn't match the required format, the leave request may not be generated correctly.
Once an email is received with the correct alias and format, the module will automatically create a leave request in the system.
