Configure New Tags
Go to configuration tab of invoice. Click on the Tags and create new tags related to the invoice.
Create new tags. We can add the name of tag and color for tags and save it.
Use The Tags
We can use the created tags under the invoice. On the other info tab we can see the field 'Tags'. By clicking we can add the tags.
List View.
We can see the tags that applied to the invoices in the list view of the invoice.
Kanban View
We can see the tags that applied to the invoices in the kanban view of the invoice.
Filter the Tags.
We can filter the invoices based on the tags.
Group by the Tags.
We can group by the invoices based on the tags.

Invoice tags are custom labels that you can create and assign to invoices for better categorization, filtering, and reporting.
Go to the Invoice → Configuration tab and click on Tags. There you can define new tags by entering a name and choosing a color.
In the invoice form view, under the Other Info tab, you will see a field named Tags. Click to select or add multiple tags to the invoice.
Yes. Tags are displayed in both the list View and Kanban View of the invoice module.
