We have defined user roles within the activity model. By default, all users are assigned the 'User' role, allowing them to view only their own activities. If needed, you can assign other roles, such as 'Manager' or 'Administrator.' The 'Manager' role allows users to view their own activities as well as the activities of users for whom they are assigned as a manager. The 'Administrator' role grants access to all activities in the system.
