give access right to user for visible app.
Create the service type from configuration menu.
Create the new machine repair order and fill all require details like.
Cutomer details / Repair Info / Machine Details / Repair Details.
Attach the any machine document like pdf,image,google sheet, etc. for machine information.
Fill all details and assigne the task to assignee and automatically send the mail to that related assignee ragading machine repair order.
Manage assigned task to assinee and assinee start work on this machine order repair and automatically send mail to related teamlear regarding the start work on machine repair order.
If assinee have any query on repairing so they mention the query on need information.
Manage seen this query and give answer regarding the query and Resume this task.
Assinee can fill the timesheet and fill the details for which parts used in machine repair. and create the sale order quotation..
Once machine repair successfully assinee can close this order and when close this order mail automatically sent to related manager.
If have extra problem on machine then manager can also re-assign assinee after once start the work and automatically send mail to new assigned user.
Manager can cancle the order and also re-open that cancled order and again assign order to assinee.
Once machine repair order complete download the report of machine repair order.
