 Install — zero setup required

On first install, automatically imports existing product images and website attachments into organised default folders.

 Browse your assets

Open the Media Library app. Files appear in a kanban gallery. Switch to list view for a sortable, multi-edit table.

 Upload new files

Drag and drop anywhere on the kanban view. Auto-classified by MIME type, thumbnails generated, placed in your chosen folder.

 Organise with folders and tags

Create hierarchical folders (e.g. Marketing / Campaigns / 2025) and tag files with multiple labels.

 Use files across Odoo

Add the Media Picker widget to any product or form. Click "Add from Media Library" on eCommerce product forms to push images into the gallery.

 Replace and share safely

Replacements auto-version the old file. Restore any version anytime. Toggle a file public to get a signed token URL — revoke with one click.
