Enable Configure Model Access
Go to Settings › Users, enable Configure Model Access and refresh the page to see the new Restrict Access Rights menu.
Purchase Module — User View
Default view for a standard user inside the Purchase module before any restrictions are applied.
Two Restriction Types
Choose between User Wise to restrict individual users, or Group Wise to apply restrictions across an entire user group.
Configure Restrictions
Select the model, then choose the target group or user and tick the options — Create, Delete, Export, or Archive — that you want to restrict.
Create Button Hidden
The Create option is no longer visible in Purchase Orders for users belonging to the restricted group.
Enable Delete Restriction
Tick the Delete option in the access right configuration to prevent the selected user or group from deleting records.
Delete Button Hidden
The Delete option is successfully hidden from the restricted user's view in the target model.
Enable Export Restriction
Select the Export option in the configuration to hide the Export All button from the list view for the chosen user or group.
Export Button Hidden
The Export option is no longer available in the list view for the restricted user, keeping data export fully controlled.
