How It Works

Install & activate
Install Smart List Search Pro from Apps and hard-refresh the browser. Every list view immediately gains a Column Search and (for AI users) an AI Search button.
Filter & drill down
Open the sticky filter row, type in any column with the operator that field needs, stack up to six conditions with AND/OR, and drill into relations like Customer ⺠State.
Ask the AI
Click AI Search, type a request, and Ask. The AI decides whether you want a filter or an aggregate, previews exactly what it will do, then applies it as native search facets.
Save, share & export
Save the filter + group-by as a named Profile to reload in one click (rename, update, or share with the team), and Export the visible, filtered columns to XLSX, CSV, or PDF.

Configuration
âï¸ AI Credentials
Go to Settings â Technical â NeuralBytea â AI Credentials. Create a credential,
pick a Provider and Model, paste the API key
(stored Fernet-encrypted, shown only as ********) or set the Ollama URL
for local models, then use Test Connection.
ð Access Control
Add users to the AI Search User group to enable the AI box (also enforced server-side). Each user manages their own Search Profiles and may read those marked Shared. AI requests are rate-limited (10/min per user) and always run under the requesting user's own access rights.
ð Providers
Manage the model catalogue under NeuralBytea â AI Models. Supported out of the box: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, NVIDIA NIM, OpenCode Zen, and local Ollama.
