On a half-day, the same cell holds both records — the worked attendance and the approved leave — and each opens in its own editable dialog, right on the board.

Most HR teams install a separate attendance dashboard and a separate leave dashboard. This module replaces both — attendance check-ins and approved time-off requests appear on the same colour-coded Gantt, in the same filtered view, with the same click-to-edit interface. Remote & hybrid work
Mark employees remote via contract periods, a hybrid weekly schedule or Odoo's native Remote Work plan. Remote working days count as Present (Remote) with no check-in.
On-site vs Remote KPIs
The Attendance Info cards split into two rows — On-site and Remote — with a "Present but should be Remote" flag and Absent split into with / without leave.
Frozen shift & lateness
Planned shift start/end and late minutes (counted after a grace window) freeze per attendance — later schedule changes never rewrite history. Worked hours optional per cell.
Status at a glance
KPI cards that drill down
Total Present, Total Absent, Late Arrivals (with a configurable grace window), Late Comers (employees with 4+ late arrivals in the range) and Check-in/out Issues — every card opens the exact employees and attendance records behind the number.
The new Late Comers card highlights chronic latecomers — employees who were late four or more times in the selected range — and drills straight to those employees and their attendance records.
Attendance Info splits into On-site and Remote — each with its own Present, Absent (with / without leave), Late and Check-in/out cards. A remote working day with no check-in counts as Present (Remote), and a "Present but should be Remote" card flags anyone who checked in on a day they were scheduled to work from home.
🔎 Powerful filters
Company, Department and Employee are all searchable multi-selects, plus Status, Date Range and Leave Type. Status filtering is instant (client-side); the rest re-query the server. The Company filter follows the companies active in Odoo's multi-company switcher — pick one or several in parallel — while your other filter choices are remembered between visits.

Do I need to configure anything?
No. It reads your existing Attendances and Time Off data — install and open the board.
Does it work on Community?
Yes — both Odoo 18 Community and Enterprise.
Can employees see everyone's data?
No. The board respects each user's Odoo access rights when reading and editing records.
Will edits sync back to HR?
